Manns Wine Komoro Winery produce world-class wines in this ideal environment.
The production quantity is small, and for this reason all guests are able to experience our wines more intimately.
If you come and join our winery tour, you will be able to understand and come to like our winery and, of course, wines.

Ripen Cellar

Ripen Cellar

Our wine matures slowly in the Ripen Cellar.
In this room, our wine matures slowly inside the barrels and bins.
We call it "nurturing". A young wine gets the aroma of the barrel while it matures and then is moved to a bin from the barrel, making the wine more flavorful in the bin.
This is a place where you can feel the flow of a certain luxury -time.

Tanks for Wine

Tanks for Wine

Various tanks manage each kind of wine.
There are various types of tanks we use for brewing and wine storage.
Depending on the wine (ex. red or white), or how much wine is in the tank, we use it for different purposes.
By utilizing functions of the tank to the fullest, we will pull out the characteristics of the wine.
